摘　　要：目的针对腹腔镜胆囊手术患者中使用右美托咪定、丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼的方法以及取得的临床效果进行分析。方法本次研究选取南京市江宁中医院临床麻醉科2019年5月-2022年5月收治的50例腹腔镜胆囊手术患者为研究对象,依照患者麻醉方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,观察组实施右美托咪定复合丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼麻醉,对照组实施单项麻醉,比较患者手术之间、麻醉时间、手术结束至拔管时间、末次肌松至手术时间、呼吸不良事件发生率。结果两组患者手术时间以及麻醉时间比较中观察组要明显好于对照组,各项指标数据比较结果差异呈现(P<0.05),且两组患者手术结束至拔管时间及末次肌松至手术时间对比中观察组的各项指标用时要明显短于对照组,数据结果差异呈现(P<0.05),同时两组患者不良呼吸事件发生率对比结果表明,观察组的发生率低于对照组,数据结果差异呈现(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼麻醉对于腹腔镜胆囊手术患者治疗效果显著,可以提高患者手术麻醉效果,所以可在临床麻醉中推广。Objective To analyze methods and clinical effect of dexmedetomidine,propofol and remifentanil for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The study chose 50 cases laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients admitted to Anesthesiology Department of Nanjing City Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2022 as research objects,and divided them into observation group and control group according to different anesthesia methods,with 25 cases in each group.Observation group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine combined with propofol and remifentanil,and control group with single anesthesia.Anesthesia time,surgery end to extubation time,last muscle relaxation to surgery time,incidence of respiratory adverse events was compared between groups.Results Surgery time and anesthesia time of observation group was significantly better than control group,difference in various indicator data showed P<0.05,various indicators including surgery end to extubation time,last muscle relaxation to surgery time in observation group was better than control group,data difference showed P<0.05.Incidence of adverse respiratory events between two groups showed,that of observation group was 4.00%,while that of control group was 32.00%.Data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dextrmedetomidine combined with propofol and remifentanil anesthesia can achieve significant curative effect on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,improve anesthetic effect of patients,which is worthy of promoiton in clinical anesthesia.
