摘 要:目的分析鼻炎康片中非法添加化学成分的检测方法。方法对鼻炎康片中非法添加的化学成分进行检测,其中检测方法采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法(HPLC-DAD)和高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术(LC/MS/MS联用技术)。结果鼻炎康片中13种化学物质均得到有效的分离,HPLC的监测范围内线性良好,LC/MS/MS的检测限为4.003~408.3pg,HPLC的检测限为0.800~2.453ng,并且平均回收率为95.88%~100.81%。结论HPLC检测法在鼻炎康片中具有非常显著的检测效果,对鼻炎康片中非法添加的化学成分有较高的检出率。Objective To analyze detection method for illegally added chemical components in Rhinitis tablets.Methods The paper detected illegally added chemical components in Rhinitis tablets with high-performance liquid chromatography diode array detection(HPLC-DAD)and high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC/MS/MS).Results 13 chemical substances in Rhinitis tablets were effectively separated,with good linearity within the monitoring range of HPLC.Detection limit of LC/MS/MS was 4.003~408.3pg,and detection limit of HPLC was 0.800~2.453ng,with average recovery rate of 95.88%~100.81%.Conclusion HPLC detection method can achieve significant effect for Rhinitis tablets,with high detection rate for illegally added chemical components in them.
