丹术消异方治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者引进丹术消异方诊治的成效。方法把近一年内本院诊治的卵巢型内膜异位症患者54例患者视作分析对象,基于诊治模式均匀划分小组,27例患者接受基础抗感染诊治,记作常规诊治组,剩余的27例患者另外接受丹术消异方诊治,记作联合诊治组,比较两组患者病情的改善情况和临床指标变化。结果诊治前,两组血清学指标对比,其中常规诊治组B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因项目均数、半盘氨酸蛋白-3项目均数,联合诊治组B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因项目均数、半盘氨酸蛋白-3项目均数(P>0.05);诊治后,联合诊治组的B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因项目均数、半盘氨酸蛋白-3项目均数均优于常规诊治组(P<0.05)。诊治前,两组免疫指标对比(P>0.05);诊治后,联合诊治组免疫球蛋白G均数、免疫球蛋白A均数、免疫球蛋白M均数均优于常规诊治组(P<0.05)。常规诊治组总诊治效率优于联合诊治组(P<0.05)。结论卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者的具体治疗中,选取的诊治模式,要最大化调整患者血清学指标以及免疫学指标,以提升患者治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To observe effect of Pill Endometriosis Removal Formula in diagnosis and treatment of ovarian endometriosis patients.Methods The paper chose 54 patients with ovarian endometriosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital in the past year as analysis objects,and divided them into groups evenly based on diagnosis and treatment mode.27 cases in routine treatment group were treated with basic anti infection treatment,remaining 27 cases in combined treatment group with Pill Endometriosis Removal Formula treatment.Condition improvement and changes of clinical indicators were compared between two groups.Results Before diagnosis and treatment,serological indicators were compared between two groups.Among them,average number of B-lymphocyte tumor 2 gene items and half disk protein 3 items in routine diagnosis and treatment group,and average number of B-lymphocyte tumor 2 gene items and half disk protein 3 items in combined diagnosis and treatment group showed P>0.05.After diagnosis and treatment,average number of B-lymphocyte tumor 2 gene items and half disk protein 3 items in combined treatment group were better than routine treatment group(P<0.05).Before diagnosis and treatment,comparison of immune indicators between two groups showed(P>0.05).After diagnosis and treatment,combined treatment group had higher levels of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A,and immunoglobulin M than routine treatment group(P<0.05).Overall diagnosis and treatment effect of routine diagnosis and treatment group was better than combined diagnosis and treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion During specific treatment of ovarian endometriosis patients,it is necessary to choose diagnosis and treatment mode to maximize adjustment of serological and immunological indicators,improve curative effect,and help patients recover as soon as possible,which is worthy of promotion.
