耳穴压豆护理对颈椎病眩晕患者治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的辨析耳穴压豆护理在颈椎病眩晕患者中的诊疗效果。方法对在2019年1月-2021年10月本院接诊的颈椎病患者作为对象进行分析,遵循入院顺序将50例患者分成对照组与实验组,每组各25例。在治疗同时,对照组患者进行常规护理,实验组在常规护理中加入耳穴压豆。比较两组患者在护理后的生活质量、眩晕症状以及护理有效性。结果实验组患者护理后生活质量评分高于对照组生活质量评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在眩晕症状评分比较中,两组患者护理前差异较小,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后第10天、第20天、第30天时对患者进行眩晕症状评分,实验组得分低于对照组得分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆护理手段可有效缓解颈椎病眩晕患者的眩晕症状,改善其生活质量,护理效果显著。Objective To differentiate and analyze diagnostic and curative effect of ear point bean pressing nursing on patients with cervical spondylosis and dizziness.Methods The paper analyzed 50 cervical spondylosis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2021,and divided them into control group and experimental group according to admission order,with 25 cases in each group.During treatment,control group patients was treated with routine nursing,while experimental group added with ear acupoint bean pressing based on routine nursing.Life quality,dizziness symptoms,and nursing effect between two groups were compared after nursing.Life quality scores of experimental group after nursing were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison showed,dizziness symptom scores difference between two groups before nursing was relatively small,and there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).On the 10th,20th,and 30th days after nursing,patients were scoresd for dizziness symptoms.Scores in experimental group were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing effective rate of experimental group was better than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear point beans pressing can alleviate symptoms of dizziness of cervical spondylosis patients effectively,improve life quality,which has significant nursing effect.
