品管圈活动对提高科室备用药品管理质量的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨科室备用药品开展品管圈活动对提高管理质量的效果。方法研究时间为2021年4-7月,研究对象为本院科室备用药品管理人员8例,开展品管圈活动,评估比较品管圈活动前后药品管理质量变化,统计管理前后备用药品管理正确率。调查科室医护人员对备用药品管理工作前后的满意度情况。结果开展品管圈活动后,药品管理质量评分均高于管理前(P<0.05),同时备用药品管理正确率高于管理前(P<0.05)。100例医护人员表示对开展品管圈活动后备用药品管理工作满意率高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论科室备用药品通过开展品管圈活动能够有效提高管理质量,减少管理差错情况出现,同时有效提高医护人员对备用药品管理工作的满意率,提倡运用推广。Objective To explore effect of quality control circle activities for improving reserve drug management quality of departments.Methods Research period was from April to July 2021,research subjects were 8 reserve drug management personnel in departments of our hospital.The paper carried on quality control circle activities,evaluated and compared changes in drug management quality before and after quality control circle activities,and counted accuracy of reserve drug management before and after management,investigated satisfaction degree of medical staff before and after reserve drugs management.After quality control circle activities,drug management quality scores were higher than before management(P<0.05),accuracy of backup drug management was higher than before(P<0.05).100 medical staff members expressed higher satisfaction degee with reserve drug management for quality control circle activities than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively improve reserve drug management quality in departments,reduce management errors and satisfaction degree of medical staff with reserve drug management,which is worthy of application and promotion.
