摘 要:当前的研究生就业育人工作面临多重挑战,例如:研究生总量压力增大,劳动力市场供需矛盾凸显;线上线下混合招聘成常态,招聘效果大打折扣;“慢就业”成新偏好,高学历加速“就业内卷”等。折射出高校研究生就业育人工作在队伍建设、课程建设、机制建设上的不足,具体表现为就业育人队伍缺乏有效整合、课程体系不健全、精准化服务机制不完善等。为实现高质量充分就业的时代课题,高校应探索建立“全员协同—全程贯通—全方位渗透”的研究生就业育人体系。Graduate employment is facing three new challenges,including increasing pressure on the total number of graduate students,which results in prominent contradiction between supply and demand in the labor market;normalization of online and offline.mixed recruitment,which leads to the discounted recruitment effect;new preference on"slow employment"and high education level which makes the"employment competition"more seriously.The triple challenges reflect that there are lots of deficiencies on graduate employment education in colleges and universities such as team building,curriculum construction,and mechanism construction.Spe-cifically,these deficiencies are lack of effective integration of the employment and education team,imperfect curriculum system,and imperfect precise service mechanism.To overcome these deficiencies,colleges and universities should try to establish an employment and education system based on"all staff coordination-whole process penetration-all round penetration",which can be guaranteed by precise services and statistical evaluations,to do an excellent job in the employment and education of graduates under emergencies.
