黄芪研究热点:基于Citespace知识图谱分析

摘　　要：分析国内主要科研杂志2011-2021年针对中药材黄芪研究刊文情况,揭示黄芪研究热点和前沿方向。检索中国知网数据库(CNKI),搜索2011-2021年针对黄芪研究文献,以Refworks格式,导出文献作者、标题、年份、关键词、机构、和摘要等重要信息。利用citespace V软件转化数据格式后,对纳入文献作者、关键词和研究机构进行citespace可视化分析。共纳入9967篇针对黄芪的研究文献,核心作者173人,研究机构主要集中在北京中医药大学、陕西中医药大学和中国中医科学院等院校和科研机构。共计出现了黄芪甲苷、数据挖掘和免疫功能等10个中心性较强的高频关键词。可见,2011-2021年针对黄芪的文献计量研究能反映黄芪在国内的研究热点和趋势。Objective To analyze the research papers of Astragalus membranaceus in major domestic magazines from 2013 to 2018,and to explore the hot spots and frontier directions of research on Astragalus membranaceus.Methods The CNKI database was searched,and the research literature on Astragalus membranaceus from 2013 to 2018 was searched.With Refworks format,important information such as authors,titles,years,keywords,institutions and abstracts were derived.After transforming the data format with CiteSpace V software,CiteSpace visualization analysis was carried out for the authors,keywords and research institutes included in the literature.Results A total of 9967 research papers on Astragalus membranaceus were included,with 173 core authors.The research institutions were mainly in Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guang'anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 11 high-frequency keywords with strong centrality,such as astragaloside,data mining and immune function,appeared.Conclusion The research literature on Astragalus membranaceus from 2013 to 2018 can reflect the hot spots and trends of development of Astragalus membranaceus in China.
