摘 要:文章采用正交试验法,在不同工艺参数下对厚度为1.5 mm的S600铝合金进行激光深熔焊试验。结果表明:激光功率、焊接速度、激光光束线性摆动频率对焊缝成形、焊接质量均有较大影响,激光功率增加有利于熔深和深宽比的增加,随着焊接速度和线性摆动频率的增加,熔深和深宽比减小;相较于正交试验中的最优参数组,选取的优化工艺参数(焊接功率3250 W、焊接速度80 mm/s、激光光束线性摆动频率80 Hz)使拉力性能提升了8.32%。该文研究结果可为汽车轻量化全铝车身连接中的激光焊接提供一定的参考。In this paper,the experiment of laser deep penetration welding of S600 aluminum alloy with thickness of 1.5 mm was carried out under different process parameters by orthogonal test method.The experimental results show that laser power,welding speed and laser beam linear oscillation frequency all have great influence on weld forming and welding quality.The increase of laser power is beneficial to the increase of welding depth and aspect ratio.With the increase of welding speed and linear oscillation frequency,the welding depth and aspect ratio decrease.The welding power of 3250 W,welding speed of 80 mm/s and laser beam linear oscillation frequency of 80 Hz were selected as the optimization results of the process parameters.Compared with the optimal parameter group in the orthogonal test,the tensile performance was improved by 8.32%.The research results can provide reference for laser welding of lightweight all-aluminum automobile body connection.
