百令胶囊联合来氟米特片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 研究百令胶囊联合来氟米特片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法 80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,根据用药方法不同分为参照组和实验组,各40例。参照组应用来氟米特片治疗,实验组在参照组基础上加用百令胶囊治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果 实验组治疗总有效率95.00%高于参照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于参照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 百令胶囊联合来氟米特片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效确切,且能降低患者并发症发生率,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with leflunomide tablets on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into reference group and experimental group according to different medication methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leflunomide tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Bailing capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.00% in the experimental group was higher than that of 77.50% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of 5.00% in the experimental group was lower than that of 20.00% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with leflunomide tablet is effective in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,and can reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
