摘　　要：生态产品价值实现是高质量发展的内生动力,生态系统生产总值(GEP)核算是生态产品价值实现的基础。GEP核算从供应者角度核算了生态系统为经济生产和人类福利提供的产品和服务价值,包括产品提供、生态调节服务和生态文化服务三个部分,其中产品提供与旅游文化服务具有相对明确的实现途径,但调节服务价值比重大且难以直接通过市场交易显性化,因此发挥调节服务的生态产品价值转换潜力,建立生态产品供给与生态产业发展需求的联系十分重要。论文通过梳理界定GEP、生态产品概念,开展四川省GEP核算,根据产品提供与旅游文化服务现状、调节服务生态产品供给能力以及基于生态红线的可开发利用面积构建生态产品价值实现模式评估指标体系,将生态产品价值实现模式分为生态农业、林业经济、草地经济、绿色城镇以及湿地经济5类,并对四川省21个市(州)进行实现模式的适宜性等级划分,从而为地区因地制宜推进生态产品价值实现,助推乡村振兴、绿色城镇经济、生态产业发展提供技术支撑。Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)is the endogenous driving force to reach high-quality development and the base of realizing ecological product value.Including product supply services,regulating services and cultural services,GEP measures the value of product and services that ecosystem provides for economic production and human welfare from the perspective of suppliers,GEP includes product supply services,regulating services and cultural services.How to realize the value of product supply services and cultural services has been explicit.However,regulating services account for a large proportion and is hard to be exposed in market transactions.Therefore,it is important to develop the potential of this value transformation of and build connection between ecological product supply and ecological industry demand.This study clarified the definition of GEP,ecological products,and completed the calculation of GEP value in Sichuan Province.With current situation of product supply services and cultural services,supply capacity of regulating services,as well as exploitable area which was clipped by ecological read lines,means to realize ecological product value were classified into 5 modes,which are ecological-agricultural mode,forestall economic mode,pastural-economic mode,green-urban mode and wetland-economic mode.21 cities in Sichuan Province were ranked in terms of 5 modes so that technological support could be provided for the implementation of local ecological product value realization and the acceleration of rural revitalization,green city economy and ecological industry development.
