摘　　要：某管廊设备监控系统以CPL410冗余PLC为控制单元,利用Profinet总线完成数据采集,实现对现场设备的实时监控。从PLC应用于管廊设备及监控系统入手,对一体式PLC和模块式PLC的结构差异进行分析。根据现场需求,选择支持分布式I/O的模块式PLC,以提升系统的稳定性和可维护性。该控制系统可用于各类大型综合布线工程,以及地下管网改造等方面,具有良好的应用前景。In the pipe rack monitoring system,the CPL410 redundant PLC is used as the control unit and the PROFINET bus is used to complete the data acquisition so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the field equipment.The differences between different acquisition methods are analyzed through the application of distributed I/O structure in pipe rack equipment and monitoring system.The modular PLC supporting distributed IV/O and the 485 communication mode are selected according to the site requirements,which enhances the stability and maintainability of the system.This system can be applied in the comprehensive wiring engineering or the underground pipe network renovation,so it has good prospect.
