摘  要:针对当前烟感、温感,以及单一紫红外火焰探测器无法满足响应速度快、抗干扰能力强且具有良好环境适应性的需求,设计了一种红紫外复合型火焰探测系统。采用三波段热释电红外传感和紫外光电管复合探测技术,扩大了系统对火焰辐射光谱的探测范围,增强了系统的可靠性;设计针对该系统的红紫外探测算法,提高了系统的抗干扰能力和响应速度;采用红外遥控方式以调节系统的灵敏度,增强了系统的环境适应能力。实验表明,该探测系统可靠性高、误报率低,探测距离可达30m,响应时间小于3.68s。以期对喷漆车间、化石工厂、易燃品存储仓库等场所的消防应用具有重要意义。In order to meet the requirements of fast response,strong anti-interference ability and good environmental adaptability for the current smoke sensing,temperature sensing and single ultraviolet infrared flame detector,a infrared ultraviolet composite flame detection system is designed.The system uses three band pyroelectric infrared sensor and ultraviolet phototube to detect the flame,which expands the detection range of the system to the flame radiation spectrum and enhances the reliability of the system.A infrared ultraviolet detection algorithm is designed for the system,which improves the anti-interference ability and response speed of the system.The sensitivity of the system is adjusted by means of infrared remote control,which enhances the environmental adaptability of the system.The experiment shows that the detection system has high reliability and low false alarm rate.The detection distance reaches up to 30 m,and the response time is less than 3.68 s.It is expected to be of great significance to the fire protection application in painting workshops,fossil plants,flammable storage warehouses and other places.
