摘  要:以多流束旋翼干式水表为例,从流体运动特性和能量损耗方面分析了压力损失产生的原因。通过优化叶轮盒的进水口参数,适当提高压力损失,有效降低始动流量,提高灵敏度。结合实验,验证了压力损失的改善方法,实现了计量等级的提升。该方法为提升高倍数多流束旋翼式水表性能提供了相关经验。Taking the multi-jet dry type water meter as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of pressure loss from the aspects of fluid motion characteristics and energy loss.By optimizing the inlet parameters of the impeller box,the pressure loss is appropriately increased,the starting flow is effectively reduced,and the sensitivity is improved.Com-bined with experiments,the improvement method of pressure loss is verified,and the measurement level is improved.This method provides relevant experience for improving the performance of high multiple multi-beam rotor water meter.
