摘  要:为加快推进湖南省卫星应用技术体系建设,湖南省在构建“1+6+14+X”的卫星应用网络架构基础上,依托影像统筹、“1+N”卫星监测及行业化卫星应用,光学卫星在重大工程、国土空间规划实施监测方面的深化应用以及航天高光谱土壤质量关键参数反演技术攻关方面取得了重要进展,形成了省市联建、帮建、共建和市县统建、分建的省市县联动工作模式,在省市县建立了一支超过500人的卫星应用科技力量,卫星遥感应用推广效益明显,探索形成了可推广、可复制的建设模式,这些经验和做法对其他省份开展卫星应用技术体系建设具有一定借鉴和参考价值。In order to accelerate the construction of our province's satellite application technology system and form a scalable and replicable construction model,our province has made significant progress in deepening the application of optical satellites in major projects,spatial planning implementation monitoring,and key parameter inversion technology for aerospace hyperspectral soil quality by building a "1+6+14+X" satellite application network architecture,relying on image coordination,"1+N" satellite monitoring,and industrial satellite applications,A provincial-city county linkage work model has been formed,which includes provincial city joint construction,assistance construction,co construction,and unified and decentralized construction of cities and counties.A satellite application technology force of over 500 people has been established in provinces,cities,and counties,and the promotion benefits of satellite remote sensing applications in our province are obvious.These experiences and practices can provide references for exploring satellite application technology system construction models in other provinces.
