摘　　要：2021年起,湖南省自然资源督察工作创新应用地理信息技术,实现了每月通过高精度遥感影像生成督察任务图斑。为了向外业核查工作提供准确的任务数据,往往需要使用ArcGIS等专业软件套合审批类业务管理数据对督察任务图斑进行合法合规性判别。但人工处理往往存在准确率低下、时间成本高等问题。本文探讨了引入Drools规则引擎,基于Python编程语言实现自动判别的方法,该方法可以自动完成数据标准化处理、督察任务图斑与业务管理数据空间叠加、合法合规性判断、面积计算与统计、任务清单表格导出、外业核查底图生成等一系列工作,极大减少了人工处理时间,综合提升了工作效率与准确度。From the year of 2021,Hunan Province has innovatively applied geographic information technology in natural resource inspection work,achieving monthly generation of change patterns through high-precision remote sensing images.However,in order to provide accurate task data for external verification work,it is often necessary to use professional software such as ArcGIS to match approval type business management data for legal and compliance discrimination of change patterns.However,manual processing often suffers from low accuracy and high time costs.Therefore,this article explores the method of introducing the Drools rule engine and implementing automatic discrimination based on the Python programming language.This method can automatically complete a series of tasks such as data standardization processing,suspected problem pattern stacking with business management data space,legal compliance judgment,area calculation and statistics,task list table export,and field verification base map generation,greatly reducing manual processing time,Comprehensively improve work efficiency and accuracy.
