摘　　要：本文介绍了一种全自动红外TOC分析仪。该分析仪包括进样、加热、酸化、冷凝除水、吸水、光学测量等装置,它是将水样通过高频电磁加热,短时间内快速燃烧氧化生成二氧化碳,经除水和净化后,进行红外光测量,得到总碳(TC)浓度;通过酸化得到无机碳(IC)浓度;通过数学模型计算得到总有机碳(TOC)浓度和COD的浓度;通过注射泵和标液阀进液装置,进行仪器自动做标准曲线。该方法能增大水样量、节省能源、提高了燃烧温度、效率以及测量的准确性和稳定性。This paper introduces a kind of automatic infrared TOC analyzer.The analyzer includes injection,heat-ing,acidification,condensation,water removal,water absorption,optical measurement and other devices,it is the water sample through high frequency electromagnetic heating,rapid combustion and oxidation of carbon dioxide in a short time,after water removal and purification,infrared light measurement,to get the total carbon(TC)concen-tration;Inorganic carbon(IC)concentration was obtained by acidification.The concentration of total organic carbon(TOC)and COD are calculated by mathematical model.Through the injection pump and standard valve inlet de-vice,the instrument can automatically make the standard curve.This method can increase the amount of water sam-ple,save energy,improve the combustion temperature,efficiency,accuracy and stability of measurement.
