摘 要:为了研究织构刀具的切削性能,该文以低粗糙度、低切削温度及低切削力为优化目标,采用模糊综合评价法对变间距混合织构刀具的设计参数进行优化和试验研究。利用16种不同织构刀具对38CrMoAl材料进行正交切削试验,并对优选织构刀具的切削性能进行试验验证。结果表明:采用模糊综合评价法和极差分析法得到刀具织构参数的最优组合为:间距变化率5%、圆-直槽组合形状、圆孔直径和直槽宽度均为100μm、织构深度为40μm;优选的织构刀具切削工件的表面粗糙度值、切削温度和切削合力的值相对于其他织构刀具的切削结果均较小,切削稳定性较好。In order to research the cutting performance of the textured tool,taking low roughness,low cutting temperature and low cutting force as the optimization goals,experimental research on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the design parameters optimization of the variable-spacing hybrid textured tool is conducted in this paper.The orthogonal cutting tests are carried out on the 38CrMoAl material with 16 different textured tools,and the cutting performance of the preferred textured tool is verified by experiments.The results show that,the optimal combination of tool texture parameters obtained by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and range analysis method is that the spacing change rate is 5%,circular-straight groove combined shape,the circular hole diameter and straight groove width is 100μm and the texture depth is 40μm.The value of the surface roughness,the cutting temperature and the resultant cutting force of the preferred textured tool are all smaller than the cutting results of other textured tools,and the cutting stability is better.
