摘  要:为了提高机械设备的寿命和运行的安全性,该文建立了双排均布孔止推气体轴承气膜模型,并对带有均匀分布盘形均压槽与不带均压槽的气膜模型进行Fluent仿真,依据仿真结果给出双排均布孔止推气体轴承参数的最优区间。Fluent仿真结论显示:h的最优区间为0.01~0.02 mm;d的最优区间为0.1~0.5 mm;H的最优区间为0.3~1 mm;d_(1)的最优区间为2~6 mm;h_(1)的最优区间为0.02~0.04 mm;D的最优区间为2~6 mm;H_(0)可取2~5 mm,供气孔的深度H_(0)对双排均布孔止推气体轴承的承载力基本没有影响,根据整体结构、加工及装配取值即可。此结论为精密仪器和超高精密设备研制提供了参数依据。In order to improve the life and operation safety of the mechanical equipment,and provide the parameter basis for the development of precision instrument and the ultra-high precision equipment,the gas film model of the double-row uniform pore thrust gas bearing is established,and the Fluent simulation is also carried out for the gas film models with and without uniform pressure disc type pressure equalization tank.According to the simulation results,the optimal interval of the double-row uniform hole thrust gas bearing parameters is given.The Fluent simulation results show that the best range of the gas film height h is 0.01~0.02mm;the best range of the throttle diameter d is 0.1~0.5mm;the optimal interval of the throttle hole depth H is 0.3~1mm;the best interval of the average pressure slot diameter d_(1) is 2~6mm;the best intersection of the average pressure groove depth h_(1) is 0.02~0.04mm;the best interval of the diameter of air supply hole D is 2~6mm;the depth of the air hole supplied by the simulation model H_(0) can be 2~5mm.The depth of the air hole H_(0) has no effect on the bearing capacity of the double-row uniform hole thrust gas bearings,and the value can be obtained according to the overall structure,processing and assembly.
