摘 要:为了探究提高孔盘式水力测功器机组吸收功率的方法,利用数值计算的方法,对现有孔盘式水力测功器在不同盘片孔型条件下腔室内的流动过程进行了分析,得到了水力测功器内部的流场和温度场,并对比了主要转速工况下的水力测功器进出口温差、流量、扭矩以及吸收功率等参数曲线的变化。计算结果表明:单纯改变盘片孔的形状对机组扭矩及吸收功率的影响较小,而改变孔周长则会产生较大变化。并且在转子旋转方向上延伸孔的周长,能够增大水力测功器腔室内的漩涡范围以及速度梯度较大的区域,进而提高机组的吸收功率,且延伸距离越大,吸收功率越高。In order to explore the method of increasing the absorbed power of hydraulic dynamometer with perforated disc,the internal flow of hydraulic dynamometer under different hole shape of perforated disc is investigated by numerical calculation;and the flow field and temperature field inside the hydraulic dynamometer are obtained.The variations of inlet and outlet temperature difference,flow rate,torque and absorbed power of the hydraulic dynamometer under the main rotating speed conditions are compared.The results show that simply changing the shape of disc hole has less effect on the torque and absorbed power,while changing the perimeter of the hole will have more influence.By extending the perimeter of the hole in the rotation direction of the rotor,the vortex range and the area with large velocity gradient in the chamber of the hydraulic dynamometer can be increased,and then the absorption power of the unit can be improved.The larger the extension distance,the higher the absorption power.
