摘 要:针对拖挂钻修机井架顶升时卡顿、顶升液压缸出现“爬行”的问题以及现代钻井工艺对井架净空高的使用要求,提出了两段四节式拖挂钻修机井架设计方案。该方案改变了传统井架主体结构形式,将每节井架均更改为小斜率四棱锥式模块化结构,每两节组合成一个段,采用套装液压起升方式。四节式结构可将井架净空高增大至42 m,满足长立根打井作业,可安装顶驱,解决井架顶升爬升问题。经过旅大海洋修机以及埃及EDC ZJ30拖挂钻机项目的实际应用验证,该井架起升顺畅,满足顶驱钻井需求,证明了该设计的正确性及可靠性,对拖挂钻修机高效钻井作业有十分重要的参考意义。In response to the problems such as stuck and hydraulic cylinders"crawling"during the raising process of the truck-mounted mast,and the demand height of the derrick for headstock clearance when using top-drive in modern drilling process,the design scheme of a two-section and four-segments truck-mounted drilling and repairing derrick is proposed in this paper.By changing the main structure of the traditional derrick,each section of the derrick uses a small-slope quadrangular pyramid modular structure;every two segments are combined into one section,and the hydraulic lifting method is adopted.The 4-segments structure increases the clearance height of the derrick to 42m,which is suitable for drilling operations with long vertical roots,and can be installed with top-drive to solve the problem of derrick jacking and climbing.After the actual application verification of the Lvda marine repair rig and the EDC ZJ30 truck-mounted rig project in Egypt,the results show that the derrick is lifted smoothly and meets the needs of top drive drilling,which proves the correctness and reliability of the design.It is of great significance to the efficient drilling operation of the truck-mounted rig.
