摘  要:针对地热施工特点,结合岩心钻机改型地热钻机的实际需求,提出了XY-44A岩心钻机改型XY-44S地热钻机的设计优化方案。该文主要对卷扬机的卷筒横置装置进行研制,加大了卷扬机卷筒容绳量、外引了卷扬机离合和刹车操作机构、调整降低了回转器转速、设计加装了电动机变频启动装置、加强了变速箱离合器输入结构。通过施工实践,验证了设计优化方案的成效,为地热钻机优化方案提供了设计依据和成功工程实例。According to the characteristics of geothermal construction and the actual requirements of the modified geothermal rig,the design optimization scheme of the modified geothermal rig is proposed.The XY-44A core drilling rig is modified into XY-44S geothermal drilling rig;and the main work is to develop the drum transverse device of the winding,increase the capacity of the coil,introduce the winding clutch and brake operation mechanism,adjust and reduce the rotating speed of the rotary,design and install the motor frequency conversion starting device,and strengthen the input structure of the gearbox clutch.Through the construction practice,the effect of the design optimization scheme is verified,and the design basis and successful engineering examples are provided for the geothermal drilling rig optimization scheme.
