摘 要:针对挖掘机单动作冲击大的问题,采用在挖掘机主阀先导侧加装单向节流阀的方式进行冲击优化。该文以某型号挖掘机为试验对象,在其主阀动臂联先导侧加装直径0.5 mm的单向节流阀,通过AMESIM系统建模仿真,研究了单向节流阀对动臂提升冲击的影响。同时,实测了动臂提升启停过程中主阀P口压力和动臂上升先导压力数据,并对比了加装单向节流阀前后主阀P口和动臂上升先导压力的变化。研究结果表明:加装单向节流阀后,动臂启动时主阀压力响应稍有延迟,动臂上升过程主阀P压力波动程度降低,动臂停止时,主阀压力缓慢降低,单向节流阀对动臂起停冲击效果显著。鉴此,可将单向节流阀扩展应用于整机单动作调试冲击方面,本研究对于类似工程机械单动作冲击消除具有指导意义。Aiming at the large impact problem of excavator single action,the one-way throttle valve is installed on the pilot side of the main valve of excavator for the impact optimization,and the damping principle of one-way throttle valve is analyzed.Taking a certain type of excavator as the test object,a one-way throttle valve with a diameter of 0.5 is installed on the pilot side of the main valve boom.The influence of one-way throttle valve on boom lifting impact is verified through the AMESIM system modeling and simulation;and pressure at P port of the main valve and the pilot pressure at the boom rise are measured during the start and stop of the boom lift.The pilot pressure of P port of main valve and boom rise before and after the installation of one-way throttle valve are compared.The research results show that the pressure response of the main valve is slightly delayed when the boom is started and the pressure fluctuation of main valve P decreases during boom rising after installing the one-way throttle valve.When the boom stops,the pressure at port P of the main valve is decreased slowly.The one-way throttle valve has significant effect on the boom start and stop impact.Thus,the one-way throttle valve can be extended to the single action debugging impact of the whole machine.This research has guiding significance for the single action impact elimination of various construction machinery.
