摘 要:随着节能减排技术的发展,高效节能的混动专用发动机已成为行业主流应用趋势。废气再循环技术(EGR)因其在降低油耗、抑制爆震及减少污染物排放方面的优势已经在发动机上广泛应用。该文以一台1.5 L自然吸气发动机为研究对象进行分析,研究EGR系统在不同压力损失情况下对EGR率和发动机性能的影响,同时在发动机试验台架进行试验验证,试验结果表明:EGR系统压损对EGR率及发动机的油耗有明显的影响。最终通过对发动机EGR系统相关零件的结构进行优化,使得发动机EGR率提升了35.4%,最低燃油消耗率降低了1.4%。Facing the technical trend of energy saving and emission reduction,the high-efficiency and energy-saving hybrid engine has become the mainstream application trend in the industry.The exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)has been widely used in engines because of its advantages of reducing fuel consumption,reducing knock and reducing emissions of pollutants.Based on a 1.5L NA engine,this paper studies the influence of different pressure losses of EGR system on EGR rate and engine performance.At the same time,test verification is conducted on the engine test bench.The experimental results show that the pressure loss of EGR system has certain effect on the EGR rate and the fuel consumption of the engine.Through the structural optimization,the EGR rate is increased by 35.4%and the minimum fuel consumption rate is reduced by 1.4%.
