摘　　要：目的:了解肺癌病人的真实需求,为提高病人的生活质量提供参考。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库关于肺癌病人需求的质性研究文献,检索时限为建库至2022年2月28日。根据澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institution(JBI)循证卫生保健中心推荐的质性研究质量评价标准对纳入文献进行质量评价,运用Meta整合方法对研究结果进行整合。结果:共纳入12篇文献,从纳入研究中提炼出58个主题,并将其归纳成为9个新的类别,综合成3个整合结果,即肺癌病人需求包括专业健康信息支持、心理支持、社会支持。结论:肺癌病人存在多方面的需求,如何尽早识别并尽量满足病人的合理需求,提高病人的生活质量,需要病人家属、医院乃至整个社会的共同努力。Objective:To understand the real needs of lung cancer patients and provide a reference for improving the quality of life of patients.Methods:Qualitative research literature on the needs of lung cancer patients were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Database,VIP and CBM)from the establishment of the database to February 28,2022.The quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the quality evaluation criteria for qualitative research recommended by the Australian JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center,and the study results were integrated using the Meta integration method.Results:A total of 12 pieces of literature were included,58 topics were extracted from the included studies,summarized into 9 new categories,and synthesized into 3 integration results:the needs of lung cancer patients included professional health information support,psychological support,and social support.Conclusion:Lung cancer patients have various needs.Patients′families,hospitals,and the whole society should make joint efforts to identify patients′reasonable needs as early as possible,try to satisfy their needs and improve the quality of life of patients.
