摘 要:目的:对医源性皮肤损伤研究热点及趋势进行可视化分析。方法:计算机检索Web of Science和中国知网(CNKI)建库至2022年10月25日有关医源性皮肤损伤的文献。采用CiteSpace、VOSviewer软件以及Excel对检索结果进行分析。结果:共纳入医源性皮肤损伤相关文献1211篇,其中中文文献211篇,英文文献1000篇。英文文献中,美国发文量最多,其次是中国。国外隆德大学研究机构(Lund Univ)最为活跃,国内青岛大学附属医院研究机构最为活跃,医源性皮肤损伤已形成核心学术团队,作者以同一机构内合作为主,未来应加强儿科、皮肤科、肿瘤科、重症监护室及老年科等科室合作,形成系统化的皮肤损伤预防管理体制。结论:通过CiteSpace软件直观展现国内外医源性皮肤损伤的研究热点,为研究者提供新的视角,推动该领域研究多元化。Objective:To visually analyze the research hotspots and trends of iatrogenic skin injury.Methods:Literature on iatrogenic skin injuries were retrieved from the Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from the establishment to October 25,2022.CiteSpace,VOSviewer software,and Excel were used to analyze the retrieval results.Results:A total of 1211 pieces of literature related to iatrogenic skin injury were included,including 211 pieces of Chinese literature and 1000 pieces of English literature.Among the literature in English,the United States published the most articles,followed by China.The research institution of Lund University was the most active abroad,and the research institution of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University was the most active one in China.The core academic team had been formed for iatrogenic skin injury.The author mainly cooperated within the same institution.In the future,the cooperation in the department of pediatrics,dermatology,oncology,Intensive care unit,geriatric,and other departments should be strengthened in order to form a systematic mechanism for the prevention and management of skin damage.Conclusion:The research hotspots of iatrogenic skin injury in China and abroad were displayed intuitively by CiteSpace software,which could provide a new perspective for researchers and promote the diversification of research.
