摘 要:在随钻测量(MWD)过程中,将井下数据传输到地面最常用的方法是泥浆脉冲遥测技术。钻井过程中包含众多噪声,其中泵噪声最为强烈,并且泵噪声的二次谐波频率接近有用信号,幅值也大于信息信号,这对地面接收信号产生强烈的干扰。如何消除泵噪声产生的干扰是准确并且及时获取井下信息的关键。通过分析已有算法的优缺点,提出一种改进的变步长LMS算法,该方法的基本原理在于利用信号间的相关特性强,噪声间的相关特性弱,并根据均值定理对步长进行调整,动态优化随钻测量系统泥浆信道噪声消除输出。仿真结果表明,该方法能够在强噪声的环境下成功地提取出有用信号,与其他几种消噪方法对比,该方法具有更快收敛速度。In the process of Measurement While Drilling(MWD),the most commonly used method of transmitting downhole data to the surface is mud pulse telemetry technology.Among the many noises in the drilling process,the pump noise is the strongest,and the second harmonic frequency of the pump noise is close to useful signal,and the amplitude is also greater than information signal,which has a strong interference to ground received signal.How to eliminate the interference caused by pump noise is the key to obtain downhole information accurately and timely.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing algorithms,an improved LMS variable step size algorithm is proposed.The basic principle of the method is to use the strong correlation characteristics between signals and weak correlation characteristics between noises,adjust the step size according to the mean value theorem,and dynamically optimize the mud channel noise elimination output of MWD system.Simulation results indicate that this method can successfully extract useful signals in strong noise environment.Compared with other denoising methods,the proved method has faster convergence speed.
