摘  要:为完善钢制储罐的振型变化规律,以1.0×10^(4)m^(3)立式圆筒形储油罐为例,利用ADINA有限元软件对考虑液固耦合效应的非锚固罐和锚固罐进行模态分析,得到了储油罐液体晃动的频率和振型,并与理论计算结果进行比较,两者在数值上接近,验证了有限元模型的正确性;以液面高度、储罐的几何参数和材料属性为变量,分析了非锚固罐的罐液耦联振型和频率。结果表明:液面高度对储液晃动频率和罐液耦联频率的影响都很大。储罐的罐壁厚度、储罐的弹性模量对罐液耦联频率影响较为明显;而底板厚度、储罐的屈服强度对罐液耦联频率影响不大。In order to perfect the changing pattern of tank’s vibration mode,taking 1.0×10^(4) m^(3) vertical cylinder oil storage tank for instance,the ADINA finite element software is used to carry out modal analysis of non-anchor and anchor tanks considering the effect of liquid-solid coupling.The frequency and mode of fluid sloshing for oil storage tank are obtained,compared with theoretical results,they are close in numerical value,which verifies the rationality of finite element model.Taking liquid level,geometrical parameters and material properties as variables,the liquid-solid coupling modes and frequencies of non-anchor tanks are analyzed.Results show that the liquid level has a great influence on liquid sloshing and liquid-solid coupling frequency.The tank wall thickness and elastic modulus of the tank have obvious influence on the frequency of liquid-solid coupling,while the thickness of bottom plate and yield strength of the tank have little effect on the frequency of liquid-solid coupling.
