承德地区农业非物质文化遗产的档案式保护策略研究

摘　　要：农业非物质文化遗产是我国非遗文化的重要组成部分,档案式保护是农业非遗的重要保护形式。通过调研和访谈,从发源地和发源起因梳理出承德地区的农业非物质文化遗产,针对承德地区农业非遗档案管理存在的问题,如数字化传播手段缺失,实物档案和活态档案缺失等,承德地区应参照国内成功案例,开展农业非遗的档案式保护工作,形成政府进行政策约束和协调、多方参与、以档案部门和非遗保护中心为主体的农业非遗档案管理机制。Agricultural intangible cultural heritage is an important part of intangible cultural heritage in China,and archival protection is an important form of protecting agricultural intangible cultural heritage.Through investigation and interviews,the agricultural intangible cultural heritage in Chengde area is sorted out from its origin and causes.There are many problems existed in the archives management of agricultural intangible cultural heritage in Chengde area,such as short of digital communication means,lack of physical and living archives and so on.In view of these problems,Chengde area should carry out archival protection of agricultural intangible cultural heritage by referring to domestic successful cases.This paper proposes to form a management mechanism of agricultural intangible cultural heritage archives.In this system,protection work can be regulated and coordinated by government policies,different parties can join in the protection activities,and the mechanism should take archives department and intangible cultural heritage protection center as its main body.
