摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,构建人类命运共同体是世界各国人民前途所在。中国—东盟命运共同体作为中国推动构建人类命运共同体的先行区,是中国周边外交的重要方向。党的十八大以来中国与东盟国家外交关系深入发展,作为习近平外交思想的重要载体,习近平海外署名文章在东盟国家发表八篇,通过梳理中国与相关东盟国家外交关系历程,研究习近平主席在访问七个东盟国家前夕发表的署名文章,有助于深入把握中国与东盟国家外交关系的“睦邻、安邻、富邻”策略与重视彼此文脉相通、民意交融的“亲邻”特征,进一步明晰坚持系统观念原则是发展中国与东盟国家外交关系的重要经验。The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC states that building a community with a shared future for mankind is where the future of all peoples in the world lies.As a pilot zone for China to build a community with a shared future for mankind,the China-ASEAN community of shared future is an important direction in China’s neighborhood diplomacy.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the diplomatic relations between China and ASEAN countries have deepened.As an important carrier of Xi Jinping’s thought on diplomacy,eight signed articles of Xi Jinping have been published in ASEAN countries.By reviewing the history of diplomatic relations between China and ASEAN countries,this paper studies the signed articles of Xi Jinping published on the eve of his visit to seven ASEAN countries.It is helpful for us to have a deep understanding of the strategy of“good,secure and prosperous neighbors”in the diplomatic relations between China an ASEAN countries and the“close neighbor”characteristic of attaching importance to common culture and public opinion of each other,and to further clarify that adhering to the systematic approach is a vital experience in developing the diplomatic relations between China and ASEAN countries.
