摘　　要：在介入放射诊疗过程中,受检者会受到X射线的直接照射和散射。为优化其辐射剂量并减少辐射危害,建立诊断参考水平是一种理想方法。近年来,各国致力于建立本国介入放射诊疗中受检者的诊断参考水平,但用于表征受检者辐射剂量的指标较多,因此不同国家在建立诊断参考水平时所采纳的指标并未统一。目前尚未有研究者对该领域研究成果进行归纳总结。本文对放射介入诊疗中受检者诊断参考水平的定义、建立方法、应用情况和影响剂量差异的主要因素进行回顾性分析,以期为我国放射介入诊疗受检者诊断参考水平的建立提供依据和参考。During interventional procedures,subjects are exposed to direct and scattered X-rays.Establishing diagnostic reference levels is an ideal way to optimize the radiation dose and reduce radiation hazard.In recent years,diagnostic reference levels in interventional radiology have been established in different countries.However,because of the too many indicators for characterizing the radiation dose,the indicators used to establish diagnostic reference levels vary in different countries.The research achievements in this field remain to be reviewed.We carried out a retrospective analysis of the definition,establishment method,application,and main factors influencing the dose difference of the diagnostic reference level,aiming to provide a basis for establishing the diagnostic reference level for interventional procedures in China.
