摘 要:雁栖泵站是密云水库调蓄工程第八级泵站,泵站设计扬程55.8m,后接22kmPCCP管道,是典型的高扬程长距离输水管道泵站,有可能产生水锤危害,引发机组飞逸、爆管等事故。以雁栖泵站为例,以仿真计算和现场测试互为补充的方式,对过渡过程中最不利的事故停机工况进行了分析研究。结合工程实际、参照设计阶段分析结果对事故停机工况进行了重新仿真计算并进行了同工况下的事故停机现场测试,对水锤防护效果进行验证,获得管道系统最大压力、转速、液控缓闭阀关闭规律等关键数据。仿真计算和现场试验结果基本吻合,现有水锤防护措施满足规范和设计要求,可为相关设计提供参考。Yanqi pumping station is the eighth stage pumping station of Miyun Reservoir regulation and storage project.Its head is designed to be 55.8 meters,followed by 22 kilometers of PCCP pipeline.It may produce water hammer hazards,causing unit escape,tube burst,and other accidents.Taking Yanqi pumping station as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the most unfavorable accident shutdown conditions in the transition process by means of simulation calculation and field test.In this paper,combined with engineering practice and referring to the analysis results in the design stage,the accident shutdown condition is resimulated.The field test of emergency shutdown under the same working condition was carried out to verify the water hammer protection effect,and key data such as the maximum pressure and speed of the pipeline system,the closing rule of the hydraulic control slow closing valve,etc.were obtained.The results of simulation calculation and field test are basically consistent.The results show that the existing water hammer protection measures meet the specification and design requirements.
