摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠关节内注射联合运动疗法在膝骨性关节炎中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年12月福建省仙游县总医院骨科收治的60例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例)。治疗组患者采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合运动疗法干预,对照组患者采用口服艾瑞昔布片+盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊干预,两组的治疗周期为5周。比较两组患者治疗前后的Lysholm膝关节功能评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分及临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后的Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用璃酸钠关节腔内注射配合运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎,能缓解关节疼痛、肿胀,改善关节功能,提高日常生活能力,获得较好的治疗效果,较单纯内服药物治疗疗效更优,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of Sodium Hyaluronate intra-articular injection combined with exercise therapy in knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Orthopedics Department of Xianyou County General Hospital in Fujian Province from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)by random number table method.The treatment group patients were intervened with Sodium Hyaluronate intra-articular injection combined with exercise therapy,while the control group patients were intervened with oral Iricoxib Tablets and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules,the treatment period for both groups was 5 weeks.The Lysholm knee joint function score,Xi'an Ontario and McMaster University(WOMAC)osteoarthritis index score,and clinical treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The Lysholm knee joint function score of the two groups of patients after treatment were higher than those of the group before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Lysholm knee joint function score of the treatment group patients after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WOMAC osteoarthritis index score of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those of the group before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The WOMAC osteoarthritis index score of the treatment group patients after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with exercise therapy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can alleviate joi
