二胡利胆汤治疗肝胆气滞型慢性非结石性胆囊炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析二胡利胆汤治疗肝胆气滞型慢性非结石性胆囊炎的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2022年2月在北京中医药大学第三附属医院就诊的40例肝胆气滞型慢性非结石性胆囊炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组给予二胡利胆汤治疗,对照组给予胆宁片治疗,治疗28 d后比较两组患者的临床疗效,中医证候评分、胆囊壁厚度、胆囊收缩功能变化,随访6个月观察慢性胆囊炎的复发情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为85%,高于对照组的70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的胆囊壁厚度小于对照组,胆囊收缩功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,治疗组患者的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二胡利胆汤治疗肝胆气滞型慢性非结石性胆囊炎具有较好的临床疗效,可改善中医症状,提高胆囊收缩功能,降低胆囊壁厚度,且复发率较低。Objective To analyze the effect of Erhu Lidan Decoction on chronic non-calculous cholecystitis of liver-gallbladder Qi stagnation.Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic non-calculous cholecystitis of hepatobiliary qi stagnation type admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Erhu Lidan Decoction,and the control group was treated with Daning Tablet.After 28 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,gallbladder wall thickness,gallbladder systolic function changes of the two groups were compared,and the recurrence of chronic cholecystitis was observed after 6 months of follow-up.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85%,which was higher than 70%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wall thickness of gallbladder in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the systolic function of gallbladder was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Erhu Lidan Decoction has good clinical efficacy in treating chronic non-calculous cholecystitis of liver-gallbladder Qi stagnation type.It can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,increase the systolic function of gallbladder,reduce the thickness of gallbladder wall,and has a low recurrence rate.
