摘  要:为野菊花作为天然植物饲料原料标准的制定提供可行性操作。对13批来自不同产地的野菊花样品,分别进行外观与性状观察、显微与薄层鉴别、水分测定、总灰分与酸不溶性灰分的测定、蒙花苷含量测定,综合评价不同产地野菊花的质量。结果表明,13份野菊花样本均呈类球型,黄色至棕黄色;直径范围为0.3~1 cm;水分范围为8.2%~10.7%;总灰分范围为6.78%~8.90%;酸不溶性灰分范围为0.27%~1.98%;蒙花苷含量范围为0.000%~2.1492%。本试验采用的检测方法具有可操作性,可用于初步综合评价野菊花的质量。To provide feasible operation for the development of standards for wild chrysanthemums as natural plant feed ingredients.13 batches of wild chrysanthemum samples from different origins were comprehensively evaluated for the appearance and character observation,microscopic and thin layer identification,moisture determination,determination of total ash and acid insoluble ash,and determination of monitory side content.The results showed that all 13 wild chrysanthemum samples were spherical,yellow to brownish-yellow.Diameter ranged from 0.3 cm to 1 cm.The water content ranged from 8.2%to 10.7%.The total ash content ranged from 6.78%to 8.90%.Acid insoluble ash ranged from 0.27%to 1.98%.The content of monglucin ranged from 0.000%to 2.1492%.The detection method used in this experiment are operable and can be used for the preliminary comprehensive evaluation of the quality of wild chrysanthemums.
