摘　　要：为了解郑州市养殖场口蹄疫免疫水平及感染情况,2022年上半年对郑州市来自108家养殖场的2992份样品进行了口蹄疫抗体检测。口蹄疫抗体平均个体免疫合格率为77.91%,其中O型抗体合格率为80.8%,A型抗体合格率为75.03%。牛、猪、羊口蹄疫平均免疫抗体合格率分别为86.97%、77.53%、73.5%。选取667份牛、猪、羊样品进行了口蹄疫3ABC抗体检测,全部阴性。结果表明,郑州市养殖场口蹄疫免疫水平整体较好,疫病发生风险低。In order to understand the immune level and infection of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)in Zhengzhou breeding farms in the first half of 2022,2992 samples from 108 farms in Zhengzhou were tested for FMD antibody level.The average individual immunity qualification rate of FMD antibody was 77.91%,of which the qualification rate of type O antibody was 80.8%,and the qualification rate of type A antibody was 75.03%.In terms of livestock breeds,the average qualified rate of FMD antibody in cattle,pigs and sheep farms was 86.97%,77.53%and 73.5%respectively.667 samples of cateles,pigs and sheeps were tested for 3ABC antibody against foot-and-mouth disease,all of which were negative.The results showed that the overall immune level of FMD in Zhengzhou farms was good,and the risk of disease occurrence was low.
