摘  要:为提高RDX驱动台阶式飞片的可靠性,基于光子多普勒测速技术(Photonic Doppler Velocimetry,PDV)搭建了激光点火RDX驱动台阶式钛合金飞片的速度测试系统,试验研究了RDX装药量、飞片剪切厚度及飞片厚度对飞片速度的影响。结果表明:当装药量从40 mg增加至85 mg,飞片峰值速度由494.46 m·s^(-1)线性增加至591.86 m·s^(-1);当飞片剪切厚度从0.2 mm增加至0.8 mm,飞片峰值速度由508.98 m·s^(-1)线性增加至557.53 m·s^(-1);当飞片厚度从1.0 mm增加至2.5 mm,飞片峰值速度由561.32 m·s^(-1)指数衰减至397.34 m·s^(-1),同时飞片动能由1.347J线性增加至1.688 J。因此,通过增加RDX装药量、飞片剪切厚度或飞片厚度可以提高RDX驱动飞片冲击起爆的可靠性。In order to improve the reliability of stepped flyer driven by RDX,a velocity test system for titanium-alloy stepped flyer driven by RDX ignited by laser was built based on Photonic Doppler Velocimetry(PDV).The effects of RDX charge mass,flyer shear thickness,and flyer thickness on flyer speed were experimentally studied.The results show that the peak speed of the flyer increases linearly from 494.46 m·s^(-1)to 591.86 m·s^(-1)as the RDX charge mass increases from 40 mg to 85 mg;The peak speed of the flyer increases linearly from 508.98 m·s^(-1)to 557.53 m·s^(-1)as the flyer shear thickness increases from 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm;The peak speed of the flyer decreases exponentially from 561.32 m·s^(-1)to 397.34 m·s^(-1),while the kinetic energy of the flyer increases linearly from 1.347 J to 1.688 J as the flyer thickness increases from 1.0 mm to 2.5 mm.Therefore,the impact initiation reliability of flyer driven by RDX can be improved by increasing the RDX charge mass,flyer shear thickness,or flyer thickness.
