摘  要:为明确基于MEMS工艺的微起爆器静电响应特性,按照GJB 5309.14-2004火工品试验方法第14部分:静电放电试验的要求,对不同静电放电条件下的微起爆器感应电流、阻值变化、桥区损伤、发火感度进行了测试与表征。结果显示:对于50%静电发火电压为21.91 kV的微起爆器,静电电压小于17.5k V时,微起爆器电阻值基本保持不变,桥区显微镜照片显示无损伤;20.0,22.5 kV静电放电后,微起爆器换能元桥区出现了分层或断裂,27.5,30.0 kV静电放电后,微起爆器换能元桥区表面出现了条纹鼓起或明显烧蚀;静电加载后微起爆器桥区损伤不同,50%发火电压的变化也不同;桥区未出现损伤,发火感度未出现显著变化。本研究为揭示微起爆器静电环境失效机理以及加固设计提供了基础数据支撑。In order to find out the electrostatic response characteristics of micro detonators based on MEMS technology,according GJB 5309.14-2004 test methods for initiators&pyrotechnics Part 14:electrostatic discharge test,the induced current,resistance change,bridge damage and ignition sensitivity of micro detonators after electrostatic discharge were tested.The results show that when the electrostatic voltage is less than 17.5kV,the resistance value of the micro detonator is unchanged,and the microscope photos in the bridge area show no damage;After 20.0kV and 22.5kV electrostatic discharge,delamination or fracture occurred in the bridge area,and after 27.5kV and 30kV electrostatic discharge,stripe bulge or obvious ablation occurred on the surface of the bridge area.The change of 50%firing voltage of the micro detonator after electrostatic loading is different according to the damage in the bridge area;There is no damage in the bridge area and no significant change in ignition sensitivity.The study provides basic data support for revealing the failure mechanism of micro detonator in electrostatic environment and strengthening design.
