摘 要:为降低1,3,5,7-四硝基-1,3,5,7-四氮杂环辛烷(HMX)的感度,采用溶剂-非溶剂法制备了二元复合结晶炸药HMX/LLM-105,并采用X射线粉末衍射(PXRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对其进行表征;采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析其热分解性能,并进行了机械感度测试。结果表明:HMX/LLM-105的晶体形貌与原料单质炸药明显不同;HMX/LLM-105在放热过程中仅有1个放热分解峰,分解温度为271.6℃,放热效率更高;HMX/LLM-105的特性落高H50为68 cm,较HMX提高了42 cm,降感效果明显。In order to reduce the sensitivity of 1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetraazacyclooctahydro(HMX),a binary composite crystalline explosive of HMX/LLM-105 was prepared by solvent-antisolvent method.It was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(PXRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR);Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to analyze the thermal decomposition performance,and the mechanical sensitivity was tested.The results show that the crystal morphology of HMX/LLM-105 is obviously different from that of raw material;The HMX/LLM-105 has only one exothermic decomposition peak in the exothermic process with the decomposition temperature of 271.6℃,and the exothermic efficiency is higher;The characteristic drop height H50 of HMX/LLM-105 is 68 cm,which is 42 cm higher than that of HMX,and the desensitization effect is obvious.
