摘  要:针对报废油水井内油层套管和表层套管的回收打捞处理需求,设计了一种用于切割表层套管的外切割器。采用ANSYS/AUTODYN软件对设计的切割器装药结构进行了数值模拟计算,并开展了切割器地面原理试验及模拟井下环境切割试验研究。结果表明:设计的聚能切割器(药型罩角度85°,罩宽33.9 mm,梯黑40/60熔注型混合装药)对N80钢切割深度可达25mm,不仅完全切断模拟目标表层套管,而且可实现对其周围水泥环的破坏,满足设计需求。本研究为解决报废井表层套管回收打捞处理提供了一种有效的技术手段。In view of the recovery and salvage needs of oil layer casing and surface casing in the scrapped water well,an external cutter for cutting surface casing was designed.ANSYS/AUTODYN software was used to the numerical simulation of the charge structure of the cutter,and the cutting tests of the cutter principle in the ground and downhole environment simulation were carried out.The results show that the N80 steel can be cut to a depth of 25 mm by using the shaped charge cutter with 85°liner angle,33.9 mm liner width,and TNT/RDX 40/60 fusion injection mixed charge.Not only the simulated target surface casing can be completely cut off,but also the cement sheath around it can be destroyed to meet the design demand.The study provides an effective technical means for the recovery and salvage of surface casing in abandoned wells.
