摘 要:针对施工过程中凿井井架的受力与自身结构、凿井设备的布置和地面提绞设备的布置密切相关,为了深入研究井架在实际施工过程中的受力情况,结合实际施工提出:首先结合井架杆件受力情况,对轴心受力构件的强度、刚度和整体稳定进行计算分析,采用抛物线型经验公式计算得到井架构件临界应力,然后对井架杆件逐层进行有限元数值模拟的理论应力分析,最后通过分析井架模态分析理论,得出井架模态分析采用LDR向量分析法,对井架进行有限元模态分析,得到井架前6阶模态的阵型图和固有频率。结果表明,井架杆件在工作状态下符合设计要求、处于弹性受力阶段且都不会发生失稳破坏,以及井架阵型图对应的受力状态,井架的失稳形式为整体失稳。In order to investigate the stress conditions of a drilling derrick during the construction process,which are closely related to its structural characteristics,the arrangement of drilling equipment,and the arrangement of ground hoisting equipment,a finite element numerical simulation analysis is proposed to study the working state of a large vertical shaft drilling derrick.Firstly,the strength,stiffness and overall stability of the axially stressed components are calculated and analyzed in combination with the stress conditions of the derrick members.The critical stress of the derrick members is calculated by using the parabolic empirical formula.Then the theoretical stress analysis of the finite element numerical simulation of the derrick members is conducted layer by layer.Lastly,the modal analysis theory of the derrick is analyzed,and the LDR vector analysis method is used for finite element modal analysis to obtain the mode shapes and natural frequencies of the first six modes of the derrick.The results indicate that the derrick members meet the design requirements and are in the elastic stress stage without experiencing instability or failure.The mode shapes obtained from the modal analysis correspond to the stress states of the derrick,and the overall instability is identified as the form of instability for the derrick.
