摘 要:钢铁企业在降铁耗实践中通常会提高炼钢废钢加入量,这会导致废钢中Cr、Ni、Cu等无法在炼钢过程有效去除的残余元素不断在钢水中积累,可能会导致热轧和冷轧产品质量波动。为研究废钢中Cr、Ni、Cu等残余元素对热轧和冷轧产品性能的影响,通过积累生产数据,利用数据回归分析方法,得出如下结论,在目前的杂质元素水平下,Cr、Ni、Cu等元素的变化对中碳、低碳热轧产品的力学性能无明显影响,而对冷轧低碳退火、镀锌产品性能有轻微影响。In the practice of reducing iron consumption,iron and steel enterprises usually increase the amount of scrap added in steel making,which will lead to the accumulation of Cr,Ni,Cu and other residual elements in the scrap which cannot be effectively removed in the process of steel making,and this may lead to the quality fluctuation of hot rolling and cold rolling products.In this paper,the influence of Cr,Ni,Cu and other residual elements in scrap steel on the properties of hot rolled and cold rolled products is studied.By accumulating production data and using data regression analysis method,the following conclusions are drawn.Under the current level of impurity elements,the changes of Cr,Ni,Cu and other elements have no obvious influence on the mechanical properties of medium carbon and low carbon hot rolled products.It has a slight influence on the properties of cold rolled low carbon annealed and galvanized products.
