摘  要:为了明确CFRP板加固钢筋混凝土梁黏结界面黏结性能。采用自主研发锚具对不同预应力水平加固钢筋混凝土梁进行加固工艺及静载、疲劳试验研究,记录不同预应力水平、完好及损伤构件的加固工艺及试验过程中胶层的剥离情况。结果表明,该加固工艺简单快捷,工程应用性较强;该套锚具夹持CFRP板安全可靠;试件宣告破坏前,端部锚固预应力CFRP板加固试件静载、疲劳试验中胶层未出现大范围剥离现象;随着预应力水平的提高胶层开裂荷载显著提高,显著抑制得了胶层的剥离现象;完好试件及损伤试件加固后胶层的抗疲劳性能基本一致;相同预应力水平下和同等荷载水平下,对比静载试验和200万次疲劳荷载作用后的静载试验,胶层开裂剥离现象无显著差异,说明胶层具有较高的抗疲劳性。In order to clarify the bonding performance of the bonding interface of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP plates,this study used self-developed anchors to conduct reinforcement technology,static load and fatigue tests on reinforced concrete beams strengthened with different levels of prestress.The reinforcement technology of the specimens with different levels of prestress,intact and damaged components and the peeling of the adhesive layer during the test were recorded.The results show that the reinforcement technology is simple and quick,and the engineering applicability is strong;the CFRP plate holding device is safe and reliable;before the specimen is declared to be damaged,there is no large scale peeling in the static load and fatigue test of the end-anchored prestressed CFRP plate reinforced specimen;as the prestress level increases,the cracking load of the adhesive layer increases significantly,and the peeling phenomenon of the adhesive layer is significantly suppressed;the fatigue resistance of the adhesive layer after strengthening the intact specimen and the damaged specimen are basically the same;under the same level of prestress and load,there is no significant difference in the cracking and peeling phenomenon of the adhesive layer,which shows that the adhesive layer has higher fatigue resistance.
