摘 要:产教融合是加快推进建筑信息模型技术(BIM)应用和专业BIM人才培养的战略举措。以贵州省为例,研究产教融合背景下西部院校工程管理专业BIM人才培养模式的现状及提升路径。通过分析工程管理专业BIM人才培养存在的问题,从准备、实施和深化三个阶段设计出依托产教融合的BIM人才培养模式改进路径,提出以市场化和企业化建立健全社会需求导向的工程管理专业BIM人才培养模式动态调整机制,在与时俱进中实现工程管理专业的可持续循环发展。The integration of industry and education is a strategic measure to accelerate the application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology and the training of professional BIM talents.Taking a university in Guizhou as an example,this paper studies the current situation and improvement path of BIM talent training mode of Engineering Management specialty in universities in western China under the background of industry-education integration.By analyzing the problems existing in the BIM talent training mode of Engineering Management specialty,the improvement path of the BIM talent training mode based on industry-education integration is designed from the three stages of preparation,implementation and deepening.It is proposed to establish and improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism of the social demand-oriented BIM talent training mode for Engineering Management specialty based on marketization and enterpriseization so as to realize the sustainable and circular development of Engineering Management specialty while advancing with the times.
