摘　　要：客家民间商业文书是记录客家区域社会经济变迁的重要资料,基于此,我们能够解读客家地区的民间习俗与商事习惯。客家商业文书用印是一个比较显著的现象,包括土地田产契约文书、侨批、货运单、旧式金融业相关的账簿与票据等在内的民间文献,其印章的使用非常丰富,既灵活多变而又不失规范。梳理和解读客家民间文献中的用印,尤其是商印,对于深化理解文献系统本身以及文献所对应区域社会的经济面相,有着积极的学理和现实意义。The Hakka folk business documents are an important data to record the social and economic changes of the Hakka region.Based on this,we can interpret the folk customs and commercial habits of the Hakka region.The seal of Hakka commercial documents is a significant phenomenon,Including land deed documents,Overseas Chinese remittance letter(qiaopi),freight bills,account books and bills related to old finance,etc.The use of seals is very complicated,both flexible and standardized.The sorting out and interpretation of the seal in Hakka folk documents,especially commercial seal,is of positive theoretical and practical significance for deepening the understanding of the literature system itself and the economic aspects of the corresponding regional society.
