基于ISM模型的硕士学位论文质量影响因素研究

摘  要:硕士学位论文质量是高等院校研究生培养质量的重要标准,也是检验学生学术成果的指标。随着我国高等教育的不断发展,对学位论文的质量要求越来越严格,如何保质保量地完成学位论文成为一个值得关注的问题,从影响硕士学位论文质量关键因素入手,通过对相关文献的回顾,梳理专业硕士学位论文质量的相关影响因素,构建解释结构模型(Interpretative Structural Modeling),研究各影响因素之间的层级关系,为提高论文质量提供参考。研究表明:前沿学科、文献资源、培养方式、导师责任意识和论文选题是影响学位论文质量的直接影响因素;研究生学术基础、学术报告、研究生学习态度、硕士生生源质量是间接影响因素;论文撰写能力、论文盲评、学位预答辩、学术氛围建设水平是根本因素。The quality of master’s degree thesis is an important standard for the quality of graduate training in colleges and universities,and also the quality of testing students’academic achievements.Along with the continuous development of higher education in our country,the quality requirements of the degree thesis are more and more strict,how to ensure the quality and quantity of the completion of the degree thesis has become a matter worth paying attention to,starting from the key factors affecting the quality of master’s thesis,through review of the related literature,comb through the related factors affecting the quality of professional master’s thesis.To construct Interpretative Structural Modeling and study the hierarchical relationship between influential factors,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of a paper.The results show that frontier disciplines,literature resources,training mode,supervisor’s sense of responsibility and thesis topic selection are the direct factors affecting the quality of dissertation.Postgraduate academic foundation,academic report,postgraduate learning attitude,postgraduate student source quality are indirect influencing factors;The basic factors are the ability of paper writing,the evaluation of illiteracy,the pre-defense of degree and the level of academic atmosphere construction.
