超脉冲二氧化碳激光联合传统小切口腋下大汗腺切除术在腋臭治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨超脉冲二氧化碳激光联合传统小切口腋下大汗腺切除术在腋臭治疗中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2018年2月至2022年9月芜湖市第一人民医院收治的64例腋臭患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=29)和试验组(n=35),对照组采用传统小切口腋下大汗腺切除术治疗,试验组采用传统小切口腋下大汗腺切除术联合超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗,比较两组患者腋下异味模拟评分、多汗症严重程度量表评分、皮肤病生活质量评分、临床疗效、并发症发生率及复发率。结果 治疗后6个月,两组患者腋下异味模拟评分和多汗症严重程度量表评分均降低(P<0.05),且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,两组患者皮肤病生活质量评分均降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率及复发率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 超脉冲二氧化碳激光联合传统小切口腋下大汗腺切除术用于治疗腋臭可提高治疗效果,并可改善患者生活质量,安全可靠。Objective To explore the application value of super pulse carbon dioxide laser combined with traditional small incision axillary sweat gland resection in the treatment of bromhidrosis.Methods The data of 64 patients with bromhidrosis admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to September 2022 were analyzed retrospectively,the patients were divided into control group(n=29 cases)and experimental group(n=35 cases)according to the different treatment methods,the control group was treated with traditional small incision axillary sweat gland resection,and the experimental group was treated with traditional small incision axillary sweat gland resection combined with ultra pulse carbon dioxide laser.The simulated axillary odor score,hyperhidrosis severity scale score,clinical efficacy,dermatosis quality of life score,complication rate and recurrence rate was compared in both groups.Results Six months after the treatment,the simulated score of underarm odor and hyperhidrosis severity scale in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Six months after the treatment,the scores of skin disease quality of life in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications and recurrence in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser combined with traditional small incision axillary sweat gland resection for the treatment of bromhidrosis can improve the clinical symptoms,treatment effect and the quality of life of the patients,and it is safe and reliable.
