摘 要:以竹浆纤维为增强材料,采取抄取法制备了竹浆纤维/水化硅酸镁复合材料(BFMSC)和竹浆纤维/水化硅酸钙复合材料(BFCSC),研究了竹浆纤维掺加质量分数对两种基体复合材料物理和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:与未掺纤维对照组相比,掺加质量分数为20%的纤维导致BFMSC和BFCSC的表观密度分别下降了26.8%和30.3%;竹浆纤维的掺加显著改善了两种复合材料的力学性能,纤维掺加质量分数为20%时,蒸养2 d之后BFMSC与BFCSC的抗弯强度分别较未掺纤维的对照组提高了11.9倍和9.9倍,断裂韧性提高了492倍和515倍;复合材料荷载-挠度曲线结合XRD和SEM分析结果表明,随着龄期的延长,BFMSC受力破坏时依然保持延性断裂,而BFCSC受力破坏时则存在由延性断裂向脆性断裂发展的趋势。Using bamboo fibers as reinforcement material,the bamboo fiber/magnesium silicate hydrate composites(BFMSC)and bamboo fiber/calcium silicate hydrate composites(BFCSC)were prepared by copying method.The effects of bamboo fiber addition on the physical and mechanical properties of the two composites were investigated.The results indicate that compared with the control group without bamboo fiber,the apparent density of BFMSC and BFCSC samples with 20%mass fraction bamboo fibers decreases by 26.8%and 30.3%,respectively.In addition,the two kinds of composites reinforced by bamboo fibers show significant improvement in mechanical properties.When the bamboo fiber content is 20%,the flexural strength of BFMSC and BFCSC is increased by 11.9 and 9.9 times,respectively,and the fracture toughness is increased by 492 and 515 times after steam curing for 2 days,compared with the control group.The load-deflection curves,XRD and SEM analysis results reveal that with the extension of age,BFMSC still remains the ductile fracture,while BFCSC tends to develop from ductile fracture to brittle fracture when subjected to force failure.
