摘 要:柱塞气举采油气技术在深井和裂缝-孔洞型油藏中的应用鲜有报道。为此,以牙哈寒武系油藏为例,介绍了柱塞气举工艺技术在缝洞型油藏深井中的应用效果,进行了单井优选、柱塞设计、智能系统设计、参数设计等研究,形成了一套适合于缝洞型油藏深井的柱塞气举清蜡采油气技术。应用结果表明:智能柱塞气举清蜡技术首先要在目标油藏中选出合适单井并在其中进行试验,然后根据运行情况进行技术评价;试验井在采用该技术后日产油量提高了7.32倍,解决了由于油压过低不能正常生产的难题,同时柱塞在运行过程中已将井筒结蜡清理干净,不仅减少了清蜡次数,而且节约了清蜡运行成本。所得结论可为缝洞型油藏合理开发方式的选择提供技术借鉴。Application of plunger gas lift in deep wells and fractured-vuggy oil reservoirs are rarely reported.Taking the Yaha Cambrian reservoir as an example,the application of the plunger gas lift technology in deep wells in fractured-vuggy reservoirs was introduced.Based on the candidate well selection,plunger design,intelligent system design and parameter design,an intelligent plunger gas lift and wax removal technology was developed for deep wells in fractured-vuggy oil reservoirs.The application results show that the intelligent plunger gas lift and wax removal technology is tested in suitable wells selected in the target reservoir and then evaluated according to the application performance.The daily oil production of the test well increases by 7.32 times,which avoids production failure due to low tubing pressure.Moreover,the plunger cleans the wellbore wax deposit during its operation,which reduces the wax removal operations and the wax removal cost.The research findings provide technical references for optimizing the development methods for fractured-vuggy oil reservoirs.
