摘 要:鲁胜公司林樊家油田属稠油油藏,需要大量热能加热油层、补充能量,增加原油流动性。因此采用注蒸汽热采技术。注汽锅炉在生产高干度蒸汽时,产生大量烟道气排放到大气中严重环境污染,同时高温烟道气中大量热能浪费,针对上述问题,研发了全球首台1 200 Nm^(3)/h型35 MPa的撬装式LSKR烟道气辅助蒸汽热采智慧设备系统,并改造高干度注蒸汽锅炉,有效提高烟道气捕获收集注入利用率。结果表明:混注烟道气有效将油层中蒸汽干度提高至原来的2倍以上,烟道气溶解膨胀作用使原油降黏区域增大,二氧化碳溶解有效降低油水界面张力,提高微观驱油效率;氮气是惰性气体,与原油混合时呈泡沫状态,对流体起到举升作用,大幅减少碳排放,达到环保节能增效目的,推动稠油低碳绿色开发。The Linfanjia oilfield of Lusheng company belongs to heavy oil reservoir and needs a large amount of heat energy to heat oil layers,supplement energy,and increase crude oil fluidity.Hence,the steam injection thermal recovery technology is used.When steam injection boiler is produced high dryness steam,a lot of flue gas will be discharged into atmosphere,leading to serious environmental pollution.At the same time,a large amount of heat energy is wasted in high temperature flue gas.In view of above problems,the skid-mounted LSKR flue gas auxiliary steam thermal recovery intelligent equipment system of the first 1 200 Nm^(3)/h 35 MPa in the world has been developed,and the high dryness steam injection boiler has been transformed to effectively improve the utilization rate of capture,collection and injection of flue gas.The results show that the mixed flue gas injection can be effectively increased the steam dryness of oil layer to more than 2 times of the original.The dissolved expansion of flue gas can be increased the viscosity reduction area of crude oil,and the dissolution of CO_(2) can be effectively reduced the interfacial tension between oil and water and improved the drive efficiency of microscopic oil.Even more to the point,the nitrogen is an inert gas.And when mixed with crude oil,it is in the state of foam,which can lift action on the fluid,greatly reduce carbon emissions,achieve environmental protection,energy conservation and efficiency and promote low-carbon green development of heavy oil.
