摘 要:针对传统油田生产升温降黏、清蜡中的能源消耗高、环保排放风险大等问题,采用光热循环加热技术进行改进、完善和推广应用。通过相变储热适应性技术及光热+多能源互补优化,降低传统能源消耗及碳排放;完善技术延伸,实现了地面储油罐、输油管道加热升温及稠油井、结蜡井的井筒升温辅助举升;撬装集成一体化,减少占地面积;优化配套智能远程测控系统,形成了光热循环加热节能技术体系。现场推广应用48井次,杜绝了燃气环保排放风险,符合绿色低碳高质量发展要求。In view of the problems of traditional oilfield production such as heatng and viscosity reduction,high energy consumption in wax removal,and high risk of environmental protection emissions,the project is adopted photo-thermal cycle heating technology to improve and promote the application.The traditional energy consumption and carbon emissions are reduced through phase transition heat storage adaptability,photo-thermal and multi-energy complementation.What's more,improving technical extension achieves the heating and warming of surface oil storage tanks and oil transmission pipelines,and the auxiliary lifting of wellbore heating of heavy oil wells and waxing wells.Furthermore,the skid-mounted integration is reduced the floor area.The supporting intelligent remote measurement and control system has been optimized to form a photo-thermal cycle heating and energy conservation technology system.It has been popularized and applied on site for 48 well times,which eliminates the risk of environmental gas emission and meets the requirements of green,low-carbon and high-quality development.
